What "more" do you need?Our journey begins by looking at the things we all need: more energy, more time, less stress, better health.
Energy is the key, so we'll learn easy, practical ways to boost and tone yours. We mix the latest science of wellbeing with the ancient wisdom of the yogis, and you'll explore, experiment, and then choose the things you can stick with and enjoy forever. Your healthier life fits you perfectly, and isn't a struggle. Finding easy new habits you are missing and adding them in to your regular routine is easy. The habits you don't need anymore will be easier to shed once you've practiced building habits with the good stuff. That may mean more water, more yoga, a daily walk, meditation, or something bigger, like working with a sleep specialist, or taking off a few pounds. The payoff is the magical appearance of more time, less stress, better health, so you can breeze through the summer feeling and functioning at your best. |

Introducing enLIVEn enLIGHTen enJOY!
When we have more energy, we naturally have more more vitality, more time, more creativity, more adventure, more success: in relationships, business and life. We spend way less energy being healthy too, and all it takes is a little change here and there. And, it's easier and more fun. Your perfect life IS a healthy life, and it's also a life you enjoy living. This experience is NOT about taking away the things you love - it's about closing the gap between you and the life you want, and you are closer than you think.
Practical tools you can use right away
Each week presents goals and tools and gambits to get us smoothly where we want to go. And each week, you'll dive in to explore within yourself - and the things you want to add, subtract, practice or try. The 9 week play by play.Week 1: Everything is Energy. In week 1, we'll understand how energy works, and identify key areas in our own lives to work on. You'll choose a few new habits from over 40 energy and health enhancing tools and strategies, and we'll weave a little gentle yoga and meditation into the mix.
Week 2: Grounding energy. We'll begin to tone the major energy types, one per week, with more simple tools and strategies. We begin by grounding so we have a strong foundation for success. We'll talk about healthy legs and feet, yoga for hands, and healthy skin care, and finish up with a walking meditation on the beach.
Week 3. Wants & Needs energy. Better energy includes cleaning and clearing, and after 2 weeks, you'll be ready to define what's working, what's not, and what's going out to make room for what's coming in. We'll learn about the eating and cleansing techniques of ancient yoga, because some of that wisdom is true and powerful today too.
Week 4: Purpose energy. Stoking the fiery energy of will power will also open us up to all our skills and talents, and we'll have a great time talking about all the many ways in which you are wonderful. You may find yourself planning major changes and big adventures around this time, with all your vibrant new energy and confidence.
Week 5: Acceptance energy. Health here means we aren't wasting energy on self-punishing thoughts any more. We're looking for our own ideal balance of work and play, give and take, challenge and ease, so that we can enjoy our own life all the time. Your ideal balance is as unique as your fingerprint, but you have got it mostly figured out by now. We'll open our hearts, work on our breathing, and do a little something good in the world.
Week 6: Communication energy. This one is all about the good, good, good vibrations. The vibration of communication is also the vibration of healing, and we'll talk in a useful, easy way about your whole body health this week: endocrine, immune, digestive, cardiovascular, respiratory, bones, muscles, brain, nervous system, and the incredibly cool connective system that runs the whole machine.
Week 7: Wisdom energy. Now you get it. Why, and how, and what matters, and what's nonsense. You'll feel so clear and calm at this point. All systems are firing, and it's all starting to make perfect sense - your whole life. And since that channel of intuitive knowing is wide open, we'll play with fun, easy ways you can work that muscle too.
Week 8: Empathy energy. When you see everything clearly, you love it all. The energy of love is the lightest of all, and at this point, you'll have cleared out the old, dark, stale, done energies, and have plans and projects to keep this light, bright energy rolling all summer long. This fun week will include talks about karma and dharma and the 8 essential practices of yoga that make life great.
Week 9: Yoga Party! We have a lot to celebrate: each other, and our fantastic journey. We'll start with yoga and a luxurious deep relaxation, a little review, and an opportunity to share our successes and be celebrated. Then we'll head down to the beach, enLIVEned, enLIGHTened, and ready to enJOY an awesome summer.
